Acceptance of Terms
By accessing lokaylanes.com (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Use of the Site
The Site is provided for general information about Lokay Lanes and to direct you to our reservation system. You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt to gain unauthorized access to it, or use it in any way that could damage or impair it.
Reservations & Bookings
Lane reservations and event inquiries are processed by our third-party booking provider at lokaylanes.reservewithrex.com. Completing a booking is subject to that provider's terms in addition to these. Availability, pricing and package details shown on the Site may change without notice; the booking system is the authoritative source at the time of purchase.
Deposits
A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required to hold a party or event reservation. The deposit is applied to your final balance.
Cancellations
Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before your scheduled booking. A 30% cancellation fee applies to all cancellations. No-shows and late cancellations result in forfeiture of the full payment.
Arrival Times
Reservation start and end times are fixed. Late arrivals cannot extend their booking time, so please plan to arrive a few minutes early.
Outside Food & Beverages
Outside food and beverages are not permitted, with the exception of specialty cakes such as birthday cakes. All other food and drink must be purchased through Lokay Lanes.
Venue Conduct
The following policies apply to everyone in the building:
- Respect the Lanes & Equipment. Please use all bowling equipment as intended. Roughhousing, lofting balls, or damaging equipment/furniture may result in removal without refund. Guests are responsible for the cost of any intentional damage.
- Bowling Etiquette & Safety. Only one bowler on the approach at a time. Please be courteous to bowlers on adjacent lanes. Keep food and drinks off the lanes and scoring tables.
- Personal Conduct. Disruptive, abusive, or unsafe behavior is not tolerated. Guests under the influence may be asked to leave.
- Lost & Found. Lokay Lanes is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unattended personal belongings.
We reserve the right to refuse service and to remove any guest whose conduct is unsafe, abusive or disruptive, without refund.
Alcohol Service
Pinheads Lounge serves alcoholic beverages in accordance with Pennsylvania law. Valid identification is required. We reserve the right to refuse alcohol service at any time.
Intellectual Property
The Lokay Lanes name, logo, and the content of this Site are our property or used with permission, and may not be reproduced without written consent. Film clips referenced on the Site remain the property of their respective rights holders and are embedded from third-party platforms; Lokay Lanes is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by those rights holders.
Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we work to keep hours, pricing and availability accurate, we do not warrant that all information on the Site is current or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lokay Lanes is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.
Bowling is a physical activity. Guests participate at their own risk and are responsible for following posted safety rules and staff instructions. Lokay Lanes is not responsible for lost, stolen or unattended personal belongings.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
