Our event staff sets up, tears down, and runs the bowling for the whole event, so nobody in your group has to play host. Custom drink packages and the full menu are available on request, and catering for special events comes from the best cooks we know — our mom and her sisters.

Planning Questions
Deposits, cancellations, cake policy — the things worth knowing before you book.

Do I need to pay a deposit to reserve a party or event?
Yes. A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required to hold your reservation. The deposit will be applied to your final balance.

What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before your scheduled booking. A 30% cancellation fee will be applied to all cancellations. No-shows or late cancellations will result in forfeiture of the full payment.

Can I bring my own food or drinks?
Outside food and beverages are not permitted, with the exception of specialty cakes (such as birthday cakes). All other food and drink must be purchased through Lokay Lanes.

What if we arrive late for our party or booking?
Your reservation start and end times are fixed. Unfortunately, late arrivals cannot extend their booking time, so please plan to arrive a few minutes early.

Is shoe rental included in the party packages?
Yes. All party packages include shoe rentals for your guests.

What types of events can I book at Lokay Lanes?
We host all kinds of events: birthday parties (kids, teens, and adults), corporate and team-building events, school outings and field trips, fundraisers, Cosmic Glow Bowling parties, and private group celebrations.

How many people can you accommodate?
We can host small gatherings of just a few lanes all the way up to large group events. For groups of 20+, we recommend contacting us in advance so we can make sure you have the best setup.

Do you have Cosmic Glow Bowling parties?
Yes! Cosmic Glow Bowling is available at select times throughout the week. Many of our party packages can be upgraded to include Glow Bowling.
